1. General
These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payments made for hospitality services provided by CAFE PLUS HOSPITALITY SERVICES (“Company”). By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- Bank Transfers
- Digital Wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
- Cash (for select services, if applicable)
3. Payment Schedule
- A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Full payment must be made within 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.
- For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.
4. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges, as specified.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before the service date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 6 days of the service date are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Late or Non-Payment
- In the event of late or non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
- A late payment fee of 1.5 % on daily basis may be applied to overdue payments.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 working days of the transaction.
- The Company will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
8. Security & Privacy
- All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
- We do not store payment details beyond what is necessary for transaction verification.
9. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
