Payment Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payments made for hospitality services provided by CAFE PLUS HOSPITALITY SERVICES (“Company”). By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Digital Wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Cash (for select services, if applicable)

3. Payment Schedule

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • Full payment must be made within 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.
  • For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges, as specified.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the service date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 6 days of the service date are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Late or Non-Payment

  • In the event of late or non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  • A late payment fee of 1.5 % on daily basis may be applied to overdue payments.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 working days of the transaction.
  • The Company will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

8. Security & Privacy

  • All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
  • We do not store payment details beyond what is necessary for transaction verification.

9. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
